Ambitious and results-oriented Construction Manager with solid experience in project and production management of complex construction projects.
Over the past eight years, I have played a central role at BAM Denmark, taking on leadership responsibilities in medium-sized design and build contracts – including project management, financial control, contract management, and quality assurance. This has given me a strong understanding of the complexity of the construction process and the importance of effective collaboration between all project stakeholders.
Since October 2024, I have run my own consultancy firm, 3 Core Consulting (formerly FK Partners), offering construction management and project management services as an independent consultant. My focus is on creating solutions that deliver real value and long-term results across all phases of a project.

BAM Holland decided to close BAM Danmark through a controlled process. FK Partners is responsible for finalizing ongoing projects and ensuring smooth execution of warranty obligations. As co-owner of FK Partners, I assist in this process closely alongside my business partner.
