Experienced civil engineer with a strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

 

For the past nine years, I have held key leadership roles at BAM Denmark, managing medium to large design and build contracts with a focus on project management, team leadership, budgeting, and reporting to the Dutch HQ.

​

In October 2024, I established my consultancy, 3 Core Consulting, which I have run since, 

helping clients navigate complex projects from challenge to completion. I thrive in both strategic leadership roles and hands-on operational functions, bringing value whether I lead or contribute directly to execution.

​

Working closely with Dutch and UK colleagues on-site in recent years has strengthened my English skills and confidence in international settings. I am passionate about driving progress through clear communication, effective collaboration, and uncompromising standards.

Project Director, Consultant

Consultant for BAM Danmark - Ny Kødbyen Skole, other projects

  • Responsible for finalizing Ny Kødbyen School in Copenhagen (11,000 m², DKK 320 million)  Managing 1- and 5-year warranty phases for several projects  Managing the wind-down of BAM Denmark

  • Lead a team of 12 people 

  • Close collaboration with the client and continuous reporting to the management of BAM Netherlands.

As Project Director, I was responsible for the project with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality. I inherited the project from the previous project directors and handled several challenges that required quick action. This included organisational changes, design modifications, and close dialogue with the client regarding the project’s completion.

Production Manager
Sluseholmen Skole

  • Responsibilities: Production, tendering and contracting, preparing and updating the master time schedule, financial management and project management. Lead a team of six people. Close collaboration with the client and the Project Director. 

​

As Production Manager, I was responsible for the construction phase with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality. I held personnel responsibility for the project team and worked closely with both the Project Director and the client to ensure efficient project execution.

Project Manager

Læringshuset Ny Skole Hedehusene

  • School building, 18,500 sqm new construction, turnkey

  • Contract price 380 million DKK

  • Joined during the design phase

  • Responsibilities: Tendering and contracting of building envelope and interior fit-out works. Main responsibility for production planning of the main time schedule as well as the project leadership in the pre- and main project.  

​

The Læringshuset project was carried out as an "open book" contract with continuous cost calculations and a fixed target budget. I led the tendering process, procurement planning and design coordination, I was part of all client meetings and major negotiations. The project provided valuable experience and personal development for future roles. I was responsible for the execution all exterior works such as roofing, windows, façades, landscape and related works.

Harild Hus, Accenture HQ

  • Contract price 120 million DKK

  • Joined during the project proposal 

  • Resposibilities: Tendering and contracting, time schedule, project management and budget management.

​

At Harild Hus, I was responsible for the final phase of the design management. During the execution phase, I handled scheduling, contracting, and the execution of the exterior works as well as parts of the interior packages. During the project, a tenant (Accenture) was added, which led to significant project changes that I managed alongside ongoing construction.

Europaskolen, Carlsbergbyen

  • Joined after the outline proposal

  • Responsibilities: Project Management

At Europaskolen, I served as Assistant Design Manager with a focus on architectural packages, and later as Site Manager responsible for exterior works.

Internship and student jobs at NCC Råhus and NCC Infra, where I contributed to school construction projects and was part of a two-person team working on the railway bridge in Carlsberg Byen.
